Pass three years Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

Physical Standards Test

For Men

Height	165 Cms. (Relaxable by 5 Cms for hill Tribes and Adivasis including Mizos and Nagas)
Chest	76 cms – 81 cms (Relaxable by 02 Cms for candidates below 20 years)
Weight	Proportionate to height and age as per medical standard.

For Women

Height	157 Cms
Chest	Not Applicable
Weight	According to height but not less then 46Kgs

Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

For Men

Run	1.6 Km in 7 minutes
Long Jump	11 Feet (03 chances to be given)
High	3 and 1/2 Feet (03 chances to be given)

For Women

Run	800 Mtrs in 05 minutes
Long Jump	08 Feet (03 chances to be given)
High	02 and 1/2 Feet (03 chances to be given)

Application Fee

Pay the Examination Fee through Demand Draft/IPO in favour of the addressee where the application form is being submitted by the candidate.

How to Apply BSF Vacancy

Eligible candidates may send their application in prescribed format (attached above) to the respective center within 30 days from the date of publication of advertisement in Employment News (ie. 01 Oct 2018), along with recent passport size photographs should be affixed each on the application form and admit cards, 2 self-addressed envelopes of size of 25 x 12 cms with postal stamp worth Rs. 41/-. The envelope containing application must be super scribed in bold letters as “APPLICATION FOR DIRECT RECRUITMENT TO THE POST OF JUNIOR ENGINEER/ SUB INSPECTOR (ELECTRICAL) IN BSF ENGG SET UP – 2018.
